“Taylor-Made Whey Caramel”

HOW SWEET IT IS! ​

​We have plenty of Lebaneh hanging in the milk kitchen & so what to do with all this whey leftover from production has just gotten a lot sweeter! ​

This one however is definitely a winner and we are taking it home for the team! 

​Taylor is one of many herd share owners who Loves to rule in her kitchen. So, it’s no surprise that when this recipe was passed to me for making creamy caramel out of our Raw Milk Whey, Taylor warmly accepted the invitation to master it. 
I can't say it enough "that I am so fortunate & blessed to belong to a tribe of women, who have a covenant to not only protect but also to toil, for the integrity of the products we offer in this share".  ​
