Our very own Brooke Jennette will be attending as a guest expert
in explaining the ends and outs of cheese and its history.
I will be at the helm, leading the session from an actual
cow milking demonstration to making farmers cheese
from that fresh, off the cow, raw milk.
That being said, please be prepared to sign the agreement to be an owner of the herd share if you wish to eat/sample the raw milk/cheese.
The annual $5.00 owner signup fee is included
in the admission price of the cheese class.
No monthly boarding is due unless you decide you can't live without our delicious creamy milk...Lol, "Believe me, it happens!"
Cheese class is held at the farm in our farm store!
